Rates include the Club Card which is required for the entrance at our swimming pool, and gives you discount on the rent of beach equipment and discounts in other shops; Internet access from the reception and the beach, parking, water, electricity, gas, bed linen and towels with weekly change and final cleaning. Guests are however responsable for cleaning the kitchen area; parking

May guarantee = from 02/05 to 25/05: cancellation free, no deposit is required. Not only: for early departures due to bad weather, you will pay only the actual overnight stays.

PETS

Small pets allowed On request: in residence service requested payment of € 40,00 for extra cleaning.

Penalties for cancellation: 31 days or more before arrival the cost of refunding the deposit will be retained, from 30 to 0 days prior to arrival, loss of deposit.
Late arrivals or early departures do not entitle guests to a refund.
Failure to occupy accommodation by 12 midnight on the day of arrival, without giving notice, will entitle the management to consider the booking cancelled and to retain the deposit.
The number of occupants in an apartment must not exceed the number of beds provided.
