Residence Fiorenzo in Capoliveri: Apartment- Fiorenzo Island of Elba

 

The Residence Fiorenzo is situated on the hillside that leads to the village of Capoliveri, in the middle of its own large park, under the shade of century old pine and palm trees.

The resort has different buildings with some one-family villas or apartments (2 and 3 room apartments), all with independant entrance and private terrace that can lodge 2 to 6 guests.

The Residence has also at Tignitoio, near to the beach of Straccoligno the apartments Casa Rosa, a building with 5 apartments for 2 to 6 guests (one 1-room and 4 3-room apartments) which are 3 km distant from Capoliveri and 1,5 km from the sea.

All apartments have  terrace or outside space with garden furniture as to give all our guests the possibility to eat even outside, the apartments of Residence Fiorenzo have telephone and color TV too.
All are equipped with orthopaedic beds and the 3-room apartments dispose all of a freezer.

Residence Fiorenzo offers its guests a playground for children, a lighted tennis court, a barbecue, a carpark, a restaurant-pizzeria and a bar. Safe deposit at the reception.

The old historic center of Capoliveri with its medievale streets and its numerous shops and cultural events is only a few hundred meters away.

The headland of Capoliveri is caracterised by small sandy beaches, seperated by cliffs and riffs falling directly into the sea. The nearest beaches from the Residence are Felciaio, Barabarca and Zuccale at 1,5 km.

Supermarket and banc are just 1 km away. Boat rental and mooring (Mola Gulf) approx. 1,3 km far away.
