Residence and apartments in Marina di Campo: Residence dei Fiori by Elbalink

 

Residence dei Fiori  on the island of Elba is a small complex of apartments situated in Marina di Campo, only 300 metres from the largest and probably most beautiful sandy beach on the island. The flats are divided between 2 gardens and contained within the hotel complex.

Both the beach and the village centre are within a short walking distance of the apartments. Just before the beach you will find a small pine grove with a play-park for children or for you to simply enjoy the shade afforded by the tall trees and sea breeze.

The apartments are fully equipped with everything you may need for cooking and each apartment has a large terrace where you can eat in the fresh shade or just soak in the sun on the loungers.

Inside the apartments you will find satellite TV(CNN), telephone and hairdryers in the bathroom. In the surrounding garden there are barbecues and also a washing machine for communal use. You may also wish to make use of our "take-away" restaurant, bar and reception facilities including fax and safety deposit box. (some facilities are only available during summer months) Each apartment has a car space available and free access to the swimming pool.

Apartments sleep 2 - 4 or 5 guests.

We are open all year round with central heating during the winter months.

TYPE A - SLEEPS 2: 1 room with kitchenette and double bed couch, bathroom, terrace, TV, telephone.
TYPE B - SLEEPS 4: 1 room with 1 double bed and 2 singles, kitchenette, bathroom, terrace, TV,air-con telephone.
TYPE C - SLEEPS 5: 1 room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, bathroom, terrace, TV, telephone,air-con and one living room with double bed couch, kitchenette bathroom and terrace.
