Located in the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, and in the characteristic town of Colle d’Orano, we offer an informal and welcoming ambience: an ideal for a relaxing holiday from where you can admire unforgettable and unique sunsets!
Most of our 16 rooms have a balcony with sea-view terrace. All of them have ensuite bathroom, independent air conditioning/heating, a mini fridge for customers’ own use, SAT TV, bar, telephone, hairdrier, and a safe box.
Our hotel’s rooms are hence ideal to spend a pleasant holiday at any time of the year, from spring, when nature starts awakening, to autumn, when the island has soft colours that inspire tranquillity and relax.
Our swimming pool
Relax by our swimming pool, complete with whirlpool section.
With comfortable deck chairs, beach umbrellas, tables and shower, our swimming pool area is the perfect place to spend a lazy morning, afternoon or to enjoy a quick swim before dinner.
The swimming pool’s depth ranges from 30cm to 150cm, which makes it a safe place to play and swim for children as well.
Laying on the sides of the swimming pool, you can enjoy an unique view of Corsica, in a ventilated area completely surrounded by nature.
We are happy to inform our guests that the pool has been equipped with a modern Bayrol Autopilot System. The system uses a new method for producing chlorine (directly from salt) and has an electronic control system to ensures constant water parameters. Thanks to this system no more strong smell of chlorine, dry hair, discoloured costumes and eye irritations. An ecological swimming pool ideal for all: children, adults and most of all for the environment!
Our restaurant
We give you the good morning in our sea-view restaurant with a buffet breakfast, and at dinner we serve you a choice of first and second courses with meat, fish and vegetarian choices, and a vegetable buffet.
Our cuisine is inspired by the region and island’s culinary traditions. Be ready for healthy and fresh ingredients from our own vegetable garden!
To start your day we prepare a rich and healthy buffet breakfast in our sea view restaurant. Enjoy homemade cakes, biscuits, brioches, fresh bread, a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, fruit salad and juices. On request we do serve ham and cheese.
For dinner, served at the table, our menu offers a variety of first and main courses with a choice of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. Fresh, grilled and boiled vegetables are served as a buffet.
At the end of the meal we do like to treat you with homemade dessert by our chef, with a healthy selection of fresh fruit or tasty Italian ice cream.
A good Italian espresso, a fruit tea, a typical iced Limoncino, or the traditional dessert wine Aleatico are a perfect way to end the day while relaxing on the veranda under a sky full of stars.
On request we are happy to adapt the menu for children, gluten free diets, and any other food intollerances/allergies.
It is also possible to substitute dinner with a packed lunch. Please do make the request a day in advance.
Our simple and genuine cuisine is accompanied by a good selection of local and regional wines personally selected by our maître Davide.
All our guests can enjoy our swimming pool with whirpool area, sea-view solarium, car park, T.V. SAT room, and the veranda, the ideal place to relax and read a book or enjoy a fresh Limoncino produced on the island, or just stare at the sky full of stars.
From the hotel, you can easily reach solitary rock beaches, with transparent waters, and easily drive or take the bus to more well known sands beaches such as Sant’Andrea, Fetovaia, Seccheto and Cavoli.
Nearby the hotel start a few tracks ideal for trekking excursions. The tracks are of various difficulty and will take you to beautiful panoramic and historical point of interest of the island.
On some of the nearby beaches you can practice scuba diving, kajak, wind surf, sailing and other water sports, as well as renting beach umbrellas and other equipment.
From 15 June to 28 May & from 2 September to 9 October all our guest can take part for free to the trekking, kayak and snorkeling activities organised by Pelagos and Viottolo’s guides. See the programm on Hotel Villa Rita’s website.

Massages
We have a new room all for YOU! Enjoy and relax with one of the massages suggested by Elisa – from the soft Thai massage, to the energetic Maori massage, to the relaxing Ayurvedic massage. A moment just for you, your body and your mind. All massages need to be booked in advance.
