Boutique Hotel Ilio in Capo Sant'Andrea is in the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, on the north-western tip of the island and in the most beautiful and best conserved "isle within the isle", as the Elban people call this part of the island. BACKGROUND
Hotel Ilio was first established in this natural paradise in 1959 and was the first boutique hotel on the Island of Elba. It is one of the most beautiful and enchanting hotels in Tuscany. The concept of "boutique hotel" is still little known in Italy. The term was first used in the United States to indicate a style of hospitality; the complete opposite of mass tourism in large hotels. Boutique means a friendly welcome and custom service, tailor-made to suit the client. Individual style and appeal, Hotel Ilio is synonymous with charm.
