(the rooms are located in small cottages that have from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 12 bedrooms - the typology 'blue' and 'green' concerns only the view and not the distance from the sea, then all rooms are located within a radius from 5 to 120 meters from the beach and therefore close to the sea).

Beach Service (beach umbrella, two beach beds or deckchairs, lifeguard attendance), swimming pool, tennis court, car parking are free of charge for our Guests.

- from April 20 to April 27 and from September 22 to October 7 the only Bed & Breakfast service will be possible; some hotel services could be reduced or not available;

- in half board it is possible to alternate the dinner with the lunch.

- all rooms are equipped with TV, mini bar, safe, room services.

REDUCTION FOR ADDED BED

Children from 3 until 6 years - 50%; from 7 until 12 years -30%, over 12 years -20%.

CRADLE

Free in A/C, € 12,00 in B, € 19 in D/E/F/G. For children up to 2 years old the rate will be applied even if the baby cot is brought. The price includes possible baby meals taken together with the meals of other roommates.

Air conditioning available in some rooms; it has to be requested at the time of booking, daily extra charge per room € 10,00.

PETS

Small pets are allowed only from April 20 to June 8 and from September 8 to October 7 and in case of availability of a suitable accommodation.

During the closing period of our restaurant, we do have for our guests very interesting agreements with other restaurants on the island of Elba.

Discounts and promotions are not cumulative.
