Description
On the island of Elba the Hotel Barsalini is located 20 meters from the beach and from the famous granite and quartz rocks of Sant’Andrea, so important in Italy.
In the small gulf of St. Andrea, in the marvellous nature of the National Park of the island of Elba, the hotel Barsalini is specially adapted for guests loving fishing and diving. Around St. Andrea it is also possible to walk and ride mountain-bikes on ancient mountain trails. The beautiful trails are absolutely green and clean. You can see chestnut trees.
The building was realized with loving care. Hotel Barsalini is composed by several buildings with different features. Most of the rooms are indipendent from the main building, where are the restaurant, the reception-hall and a coffee.
The swimming pool with Jacuzzi is surrounded by careful gardens.
Restaurant & Bar
In the restaurant, managed by the owners, you can taste delicious dishes especially on fish ground. Breakfast is served on the proper terrace faced to the sea.
Children find a special service because the kitchen is always ready to work to meet their requirements.
During the cooler months our breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant at 8 a.m., and during the summer months on the terrace overlooking the sea; lunch and dinner are served at the table.
Our chef will delight you with his simple but very tasty meals, prepared and cooked using only fresh, local products in season.
Needless to say fish is of prime importance, but many other specialties are far from forgotten …

The hotel has two bars, one inside and the other outside: the “Barsalini Lounge Bar” is on the terrace overlooking the sea, and is the perfect meeting place for our guests. Whether you choose to sip an aperitif before dinner or a liqueur after dinner, you will always enjoy a very informal and relaxing atmosphere here. Daniele Doldo, our barman, is always willing to surprise you with a glass of rum or one of his special cocktails, that you can savour with some of his good chocolates or first quality cigars …
The Barsalini Hotel, in the summery period, organizes evenings of piano-bar.

Il Giardino, La Scogliera, Il Mare and Il Cigno are the four accommodation options guests can choose from, whether they want one of our rooms in the peace and quiet of our garden, surrounded by flowers, trees and pergolas under flowers in full bloom, or whether they prefer a more romantic room overlooking the breathtaking view of the sea, or whether they prefer a simpler but nonetheless very comfortable one.
