It encloses a highly equipped and efficient camping site and village. The vegetation is particularly rich and extremely varied. The Botanic garden of Ottone, in the centre, boasts an extraordinary variety of plants and tropical trees. It hosts the only example of Blue Palm.

For joggers and walkers there are is a wide choice of routes to take through the park and woodland. It is easy to forget the outside world at Rosselba. Everything in the complex is well taken care of and guarded.

The young explorers course, for example, organises a weekly weather observation programme, excursions, mineral hunting, BBQ and bookings at the scout camp where children can enjoy and experience real adventures under carful, staff supervision.
