A non-returnable deposit of 30% of the total rental price is required at the time of booking.

The outstanding balance for the rental and a breakage deposit of € 100 must be paid on arrival. The breakage deposit will be returned on the day of departure, provided no damage has occurred.

The apartment will be available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 09:00 on the day of departure.
