1) RESERVATIONS - Upon reservation, a deposit equal to 1/3 of the accommodation costs will be required either by money order or bank transfer.
2) PAYMENT - The remaining balance plus taxes and deposit for final cleaning is to be paid one month in advance by either method as stated above.
