The recently build villa disposes of two 2-room apartments situated in the pine wood of the residential area of Marina di Campo. The white sandy beach of Marina di Campo is just 200 meters far away and the village center at 700 meters.
The apartments are modernly and comfortably furnished and our guests have a bicycle at their disposal to move around without using their car. For the car we have a private parking.
Apartment A is ideal for a family with 4 persons, Apartment B disposes of 5 beds.
The part public and part equipped (beach baths) sandy beach is at just 2 minutes walking distance.
The apartments dispose of TV, new kitchen with fridge and freezer, personal terrace or garden with garden furniture.
