Apartments for rent Island of Elba - Villa Montauti in Marina di Campo:
Marina di Campo is considered the most popular tourist village on the island of Elba with its splendid beach of fine sand. The lovely village center offers a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, meeting places in addition to any kind of services such as bathing, boat rentals, pedal boats, windsurfing, mooring buoys, boat trips, excursions.
Our Villa Monauti is located in a quiet area 300 meters from the beach of Marina di Campo and 700 meters from the town center, both easily reached on foot or with bicycles provided by us (2 per apartment).
Surrounded by a beautiful garden we have 2 apartments.
Apartment Ischia
The apartment, a 2-roomed apartment 4/5 beds on the ground floor, has a large dining room with TV, sofa bed, separate kitchen, bedroom with double bed and third bed, bathroom with shower, covered veranda with table and chairs.
Outside shower, barbecue, parking, shared use of washing machine twice a week.
Final cleaning € 50,00; deposit € 150,00.
Apartment Galenzana
The apartment, a 2-roomed apartment 4 beds on the ground floor, has a living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed, bedroom with third bed or bunk bed, bathroom with shower. TV, private fenced garden, a gazebo with table and chairs, barbecue, parking, shared use of washing machine 2 times a week.
Final cleaning € 50,00; deposit € 100,00.
Possibility of other bikes, besides the two provided per apartment, € 6.00 per day, subject to availability.
Delivery apartments after 16:00 - Departure by 10:00 am.
