The house 'Casa della Mimosa' is located in the Sant'Andrea creek in
the
municipality of Marciana.
It is an apartment of 80sqm over two floors: the day zone with a large
living
room and a kitchenette and through an inside staircase the night zone
with a
double room, a room with two beds and bathroom with shower. Washing machine and parking.
Around the apartment a garden with sea view, deck chairs for relaxing
hours,
table and chairs for outside eating.
A few steps away there is a food store, and a few minutes away the
Sant'Andrea
beach that can be reached over a typical footpath through mediterranean
vegetation and vineyards.
The little gulf of Sant'Andrea, where the nature of its parcs is wonderful and incontaminated, is very famous among fishers. The clearness of its water let you discover the tipical flora and fauna of the italian's sea. The sandy beach, 200 meters long, is well equipped and managed by the "Consorzio Capo Sant'Andrea". The ground, sandy and shallow, allows children to play without problems.
