On Elba Island, in the area of the village of Capoliveri, we propose stays in small villas or in fully equipped apartments, with 2 to 8 beds, with furnished garden, situated very close to the sea.
APARTMENTS ECO DEL MARE
The Eco del Mare apartments are at the foot of the town of Capoliveri, in the Stecchi area.
The building is hidden among the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis and is in a panoramic and quiet position, only 150 metres from an enchanting little bay.
There are 5 southerly facing, recently built apartments, with a fantastic sea view. Every apartment has an external shower, barbecue, large terrace with sea view, furnished with table, chairs and outside sun shade. Private parking. All apartments have microwaves, colour satellite TV and a safe.
There are also two washing machines for communal use.
APARTMENTS VILLA DEL SOLE
Villa composed of 4 apartments aligned on the ground floor, brand new.
Located in an exclusive area surrounded by the green of the Mediterranean bush and immersed in an oasis of peace and tranquillity.
All flats have a sea view on the Golfo Stella, and have a small external space with an independent terrace and private parking space, all have a barbecue, satellite TV, safe and external furnishing. Two communal washing machines are available for the clients.
Two small beaches of pebble and sand, Stecchi and Madonna delle Grazie, can be reached with a short stroll of about 450 meters. At about 1500 meters there are two other beautiful sandy beaches, Barabarca and Zuccale.
VILLA UPUPA
Independent small villa, in the proximity of the Barabarca beach, with a living room with kitchen corner, and double sofa-bed, a room with a double bed, bathroom. Garden, external space with beach umbrella, table and chairs, barbecue and private parking space.
It offers satellite TV and combination safe. Two communal washing machines are available for the clients.
