The house is situated in Seccheto, a small peaceful village on the south-western coast of the island. This area is one of the most beuatiful ones of Elba and is enjoying a particular mild clima during the whole year. Seccheto has a white sandy beach framed by accessible flat granite cliffs.
At Seccheto the guests can find bars, restaurants, pizzerias and all kind of shops. In the neighbourhood are numerous other sandy beaches like Cavoli or Fetovaia. The Fetovaia beach lies in extremly enchanting gulf, surrounded by cliffs that can be reched by sea and from the land.
