The apartment Casa Calata on the island of Elba is completely renovated and is situated in the historical town center of Portoferraio looking over the touristic harbour ( no commercial harbour)where you can admire fantastic yachts .
The 3 room apartment, elegantly furnished, has a living room with kitchenette, a room with two beds, a double room, bathroom with shower.
The nearest beach 'delle Ghiaie' is only 800 m far away, and around the apartment the guests find numerous restaurants, shops, bars....
The entrance of the apartment is in Via Guerrazzi. Three windows look over the touristic harbour of Portoferraio and two windows look over the Via Guerrazzi.
