Near Capoliveri, surrounded by the green, recently build villa divided in four apartments, two 2-room (groundfloor) and two 1-room apartments first floor) for rispectively 4 or six guests.
The apartments are distant 650 meters from the Stecchi beach, 1100 meters from the Zuccale and Barabarca beaches and aprrox. 1500 meters from the Capoliveri village.
The apartments enjoy a splendid view over the Stella Gulf, dispose of a large commun garden where our guests can sunbath, eat, organize grill parties and let the children play in complete liberty.
Capoliveri is a very typical village situated on a hill, with a marvelous view over the sea and surrounded by woods and greenery. During tsummer it is full of live during the day and during the night. The surrounding sea and beaches offer all water sports possibilities (kayak, sailing, diving...). But it is also the ideal departure point for numerous trekkings and mountain-bike trails, always surrounded by the untouched countryside of the National Parc of the Tuscan Arcipelago.
