On Elba Island a small complex of apartments, situated on a hill, and being part of an agricultural farm in Lacona.
The structure is at 1 km of the Margidore and Lacona beaches and at just 15 minutes by car from the caracteristic villages of Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro, Marina di Campo and Portoferraio.
The landscape around the complex is slightly hilly and flat and full of panoramic trail ideal for trekking and mountain-biking or simply long relaxing walks.
The complex is directly managed by the owners and has 15 apartments of diffrent size and scattered over three different buildings immersed in the green of fruit and olive trees and vineyards.
Our guests have the possibilty to by directly on the farm seasonal products, like fruit, vegetables, olive oil and wine.
The complex hosts 1-room apartments (2 guests), 2-room apartments (3/4 guests) and 3-room apartments (4/6 guests). All the apartments have heating for the winter, color-TV, terrace or balcony with table and chairs and a private covered parking.
All guests can also enjoy a large grenn area around the complex with a barbecue, wood oven, gazebo and shower. We accept animals.
Prices include hot water, light, gas and heating during the winter. Linen can be rented on request.
Extra bed Euro 5,00 per day. Final cleaning Euro 26,00.
